STERIM® Sterilization Rolls with Fold

STERIM® sterilization rolls with fold are manufactured from special medical-grade paper and a multilayer CPPPT polyester–polypropylene composite in green. The 3-channel factory seal is durable and flexible, ensuring reliable protection. Packaging guarantees tight closure and lint-free opening.

Along the factory seal line of the sterilization roll, on the film side, a Type 1 chemical indicator for STEAM, FORM, and EO sterilization is displayed. It provides clear information on the indicator color change before and after sterilization, along with essential technical details such as LOT number, production data, and size.

After placing cleaned, disinfected, and dried instruments inside the sterilization roll — and optionally securing access for specific packages — the pouch is completely sealed with a heat sealer. The recommended sealing temperature is 150–200°C, depending on the sealer model.
