The final delivery cost depends on the number of ordered products and their total weight and country of delivery. The total delivery fee will be displayed after all products have been added to the shopping cart.

For shipments weighing over 31.5 kg, additional charges apply for NST (non-standard) delivery carried out by DPD Courier.
The Customer is informed about any additional costs during the ordering process, on the cart summary page, and in the order confirmation.

 

Terms and Conditions:
§7 Order Processing and Delivery of Goods

  1. Order processing begins after the Customer has made timely payment for the Order in accordance with §6 section 8, i.e.:
    a) in the case of traditional bank transfer – order processing begins when the Seller’s bank account is credited with the payment for the purchased Goods along with delivery costs,
    b) in the case of electronic payment systems – order processing begins when the Seller receives confirmation of payment from the payment service provider,
    c) in the case of cash on delivery – order processing begins upon receipt of the order.
  2. Immediately after order processing begins, the Customer will receive an email notification confirming that the order status has changed to “In progress”.
  3. Order processing includes shipment of the Goods (i.e. handing the Goods over to a courier company for delivery to the address provided by the Customer) and delivery of the Goods by the courier company.
  4. The estimated shipment time is 48 hours from the moment order processing begins as specified in section 1. After shipment, the Customer will receive an email with shipment details and a tracking link.
  5. The estimated delivery time by the courier company is up to 7 days from the moment the Goods are handed over by the Seller.
  6. When placing an Order, the Customer may choose one of the following delivery methods:
    a) via DPD courier.
  7. Detailed information on delivery methods, costs and conditions, including any free delivery conditions, is available on the Website under the “Delivery terms and costs” section at https://sterim.eu/webpage/warunki-koszty-dostawy.html and constitutes an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
  8. Delivery fees are calculated automatically when placing an Order and depend on the selected delivery and payment methods.
  9. The final total delivery cost payable by the Customer is provided in the Order summary before clicking “Order with obligation to pay” and in the order confirmation email, in accordance with §6 section 6 of the Terms and Conditions.
  10. Delivery costs are included on the VAT invoice or receipt.
  11. Upon handing over the Goods, the benefits and burdens related to the Goods, as well as the risk of accidental loss or damage, are transferred to the Customer.
  12. A Customer who is not a Consumer or a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity, where the content of the agreement indicates that it is not of a professional nature, is obliged to inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier for any transport damage or missing items. In case of damage or shortages, the Customer must prepare a damage report with the courier and inform the Seller within 7 days by sending a copy of the report; otherwise, the complaint referred to in §10 section 7 will not be considered.
