Nonwoven-Foil Sterilization Pouches

Nonwoven-foil sterilization pouches are designed for medical instruments that are too heavy or bulky for standard paper-plastic packaging. CLEANTEX® nonwoven material with a weight of 60 g/m² offers higher tear resistance than paper while effectively preventing microbial penetration.

Cleantex® sterilization pouches are also available in extra-large sizes (over 100 cm), allowing sterilization of the largest medical instruments, accessories, and linens. Factory seals are positioned along the edges to maximize the usable space inside the pouch.

After placing instruments inside the pouch, it is sealed using a rotary or jaw sealer. Recommended sealing temperature is 160–200°C. The pouches include indicators for both steam and gas sterilization control.
