Payments

In the sterim.eu online store, orders can be paid securely using the PayU payment system or by traditional bank transfer. All sensitive data is encrypted and complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) security requirements.

We accept the following payment methods:

1. Online bank transfers – fast electronic transfers from over 20 banks

2. Payment cards – VISA and MasterCard debit and credit cards

3. BLIK – fast payment using a code from your bank’s mobile application

4. Google Pay (GPay) electronic wallet – payment with cards saved to your Google account or Chrome browser, on any device

For payments made by traditional bank transfer, the waiting time for the funds to be credited to our account is up to 14 days. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
If you still wish the selected products to be shipped, a new order must be placed.
