1. Photos and texts published on the online store website https://sterim.eu are protected by law pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1231, as amended).
   
   
2. Copyright to all photos and texts published on the website https://sterim.eu, in particular product photographs, product graphics and product descriptions, is vested in Sterim Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań.
   
   
3. Without prior written consent of Sterim Sp. z o.o., with regard to photos and texts published on the online store website https://sterim.eu, it is prohibited in particular to:
   
   a) duplicate, copy, edit, reproduce, print or distribute in any manner, in whole or in part, photos or texts,
   b) use photos or texts in online stores, social networking sites or any other social media,
   c) use photos or texts directly or indirectly for commercial purposes.
   
   
4. The above consent is not required solely for the use of photos or texts for personal, non-commercial use. In all other cases, the use of photos or texts requires entering into a license agreement with Sterim Sp. z o.o.
   
   
5. Violation of the above rules may result in civil or criminal liability.
